On the way to the Old Town, you'll find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
