The apartment is located in a modern building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdansk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared common area — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally a paid sauna.
