It is situated right next to Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — which consists of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a sauna available for an extra fee.
