Nadmotławie B17A apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
