The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk’s popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. The area has many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, work space, and roof terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of these additional zones is included in the apartment price.
