The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Nadmotławie 30 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 2+1 or a couple. Despite its small size, the apartment has 27m2 and comfortably accommodates even 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right next to a TV, and a small sofa bed in front of it. In this small space, there is also a bar, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by the balcony.
The Nadmotławie 30 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, directly adjacent to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just starting its revitalization period, the route to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost to rent a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
