A spacious and functional apartment decorated in light, natural colors with a view of the Motława River. An ideal choice for a family stay, a romantic weekend, or a short city break.
The apartment includes:
A comfortable living area with a large, extendable sofa and coffee tables – perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures.
An elegant bedroom with a double bed. Right next to it is a desk with a mirror – an excellent spot for a moment of focus or morning coffee with a water view.
Large windows and a French balcony, which let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the unique location.
A kitchenette equipped with all the essentials for a holiday such as an oven and a microwave. An undeniable convenience is also the welcome set consisting of coffee, tea, and basic spices. Right next to it is a comfortable dining area with a stylish round table and four soft chairs.
In a separate, lockable room is a bedroom with two single beds. It is a quiet and comfortable space designed for restorative sleep.
Next to the bedroom is a small wardrobe. Although compact, it is designed practically – it can hold suitcases, clothes, and other personal items, keeping the rest of the apartment tidy and aesthetic.
Bathroom with a walk-in shower. For guests’ convenience, we have prepared a set of cosmetics that includes a gentle shampoo and aromatic shower gel. Fresh towel sets are also at your disposal.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall.
The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and in the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will involve an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Using the facilities is possible depending on availability.
Please be informed that use of the SPA area is not recommended until 28.02.2026.
