The apartment has an area of 50 square meters, is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. Living room with two sofa beds, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony — an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern, prestigious Tarasy Bałtyku apartment building located a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to reach the beautiful, sandy Gdańsk beach. The direct vicinity of the building is the President Ronald Reagan Park, which is an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby are all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery, and the building itself houses the Whiskey On The Rocks restaurant — a legendary spot on the Gdańsk map serving American cuisine and more.
A great advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared building zone — consisting of a club room with billiards, gym, and an attractive relaxation area. The latter includes a sauna and a brine graduation tower. Using these zones is included in the apartment price.
