Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also pleased by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 142 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family of 2+2. Despite its small size of 28m2, it meets the requirements of most Guests. A feature that clearly distinguishes it is the outdoor space. An additional usable space of the apartment is a large balcony — an ideal place for young children to play and for older ones to sunbathe. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes everything accessible. There is a comfortable double bed, a fold-out sofa, and a SMART TV.
The apartment Nadmotławie 142 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area of the apartment is just starting its revitalization, there will be a constant view of the river, marina, and tenement houses of the Old Town along the way. A significant advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and sauna. The use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
