Nadmotławie 142 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or a family 2+2. Despite its small size, it has 28m2 and will meet most requirements. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. An additional usable area of the apartment is a large balcony — an ideal place for play for the little ones and for lounging for the older ones. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, and a SMART TV.

The Nadmotławie 142 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and historic Old Town buildings.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
