ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The 62 m² apartment is designed with comfort and space in mind, and its location by the sea, directly adjacent to a park, makes it an ideal place for up to 5 people.
The spacious living room is styled in an elegant, bright glam style. The centerpiece of the room is a large navy blue sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or as an extra sleeping space. Decorative chandeliers with crystal elements hang above the seating area, creating stunning light reflections. A large TV with TV channel access and Smart TV function is mounted on the wall, offering comfortable viewing of favorite programs.
Terrace is a private relaxation space equipped with two comfortable reclining chairs and a table, creating the perfect spot to unwind outdoors.
Kitchenette is designed in a modern, minimalist style with predominance of white and gold accents. It is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as numerous cabinets for convenient storage. The bright countertop and under-cabinet lighting give the interior a clean and elegant look. Just next to it, there is a stylish dining table with chairs featuring golden elements, creating a cohesive space for shared meals. A welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared for guests’ convenience.
Master bedroom is decorated in a calm, luxurious style. The central piece is a wide 160×200 double bed with a soft upholstery frame and headboard in deep navy color. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space while maintaining the room’s aesthetic coherence.
Second bedroom is kept in light colors with subtle decorations inspired by seaside motifs. It includes a 120×200 bed, ideal for one or two people. The room is cozy and functional, with storage space and decorations that create a calm, holiday atmosphere.
Bathroom is finished in a modern style with a predominance of white marble and gold accents. It features a spacious rain shower, a sink with a large mirror and cabinet, and a washing machine hidden in a built-in wardrobe. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided for guests.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Bulvar apartment building , a short distance from the sea, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach in Gdansk. The immediate neighborhood of the building is President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike rides and long walks. Nearby are various shops and a bit further the Przymorze Shopping Gallery.
