Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. A welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also makes the stay more enjoyable for our Guests.

Deo Plaza 504C is a unique apartment on the bank of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque scenery. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for individual travelers, who value comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

At the central point of this studio is a comfortable double bed, which provides a restful night's sleep after an eventful day. Next to the bed is a bedside table with a lamp, enabling relaxation with a good book before falling asleep. This area also includes a dining space. For coffee lovers, there is also a coffee machine, which will brighten up morning moments. The bathroom is designed in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and necessary toiletries.

Deo Plaza 504C apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries. Situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you can find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, which houses restaurants with viewing terraces as well as the “E.Wedel” café. 

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi available for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, and payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 persons, with hotel guests having priority entry.

Thanks to the location in the very city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that at night, typical downtown sounds may occur.

Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
