River View Motława One

Downtown Apartments apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. River View Motława One is a very modern loft-style apartment. It is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Located in a modern apartment building, which offers access to a swimming pool, gym, and SPA zone. Use of these facilities is additional and subject to availability.

The view from the 6th floor, where the apartment is located, is very pleasant. It's hard to find a better spot for morning coffee or an evening drink than a comfortable terrace with a view of the Old Town and the river flowing nearby.

The 47-square-meter apartment consists of a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom, designed for up to four people. The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

It is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, which is experiencing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
