House by the Lake

The Downtown Apartments cottages are the ideal combination of proper hotel standard and the functionality of a holiday home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of comfortable pillows for every Guest are standard. Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack including teas, coffee and basic seasonings.

House by the Lake is a holiday home located right on the water. It is intended for up to a 8-person family or group of friends. However, full comfort is experienced by 4 people, for whom we have prepared 2 bedrooms — both located on the first floor. One is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a dressing table, the other with two single beds that can be separated to create two additional sleeping places, as well as a chest of drawers. Next to the rooms there is an additional toilet.
On the ground floor there are 2 rooms. The stylish living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette — a spacious fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, and all utensils needed to prepare any meal. Other spaces include a dining area with a table and chairs and a relaxation area with a sofa that serves as an additional sleeping place. You will also find a SMART TV. A separate room is a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

Undoubtedly the highlight of our cottage is the incredibly pleasant, wooden terrace, from which you can admire the lake view, listen to birdsong and breathe the clean, forest air. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable set of furniture.

The cottage includes a sauna. For guests' use we provide a grill with all accessories, three children's bikes, a rowboat with oars, a kayak, pedal boats and life jackets. Equipment provided for guests is labeled; using unlabeled equipment is prohibited. Additionally, the cottage includes a travel cot for a baby and a high chair.

In front of the cottage there are public parking spaces.

House by the Lake is located directly on the shoreline of Naterskie Lake in Tomaszkowo (near Olsztyn). Guests have access to a private beach with a pier located at the property. While enjoying the peace and quiet of the forest, you don't have to give up entertainment — nearby there are many attractions such as: a golf course, a horse riding stable, a restaurant and more.

Waste sorting is mandatory.

The sorting container is located in the cottage, and the bags are on stands by the trash shelter.

In case of failure to sort waste, an additional fee of PLN 150 will be charged.

A refundable deposit in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit/debit card of PLN 500 must be added to the price of the stay.
