Despite its small size, the apartment, which is 29m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes sure that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily ensures comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Food preparation is made possible with a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a spacious balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River. The balcony is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which is an ideal place for watching the sunset. A warm blanket is guaranteed!

The Nadmotławie 124 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the direct vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood of the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
