Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome package in the form of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 124 is an apartment that definitely embodies the saying that beauty lies in simplicity. An ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Despite its small size of 29m2, the apartment meets the needs of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes sure everything is in its place. A comfy double bed, facing it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Preparing food is made easy by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by a large balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River. The balcony is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which is the perfect place to watch the sunset. A warm blanket is guaranteed!
The apartment Nadmotławie 124 is located on the 4th floor of a modern residential building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away from the apartment. The area surrounding the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization, yet along the way to the Old Town, we will constantly be escorted by the sight of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A major advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits access for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
