From the living room there is an exit to a private terrace, surrounded by greenery, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
A separate kitchen fully equipped with appliances – oven, dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, and kettle. Next to it there is a table with chairs, creating a pleasant place for shared meals. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests' convenience.

Nearby you will find a marina, promenade, Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafés. The Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The Brzeźno beach is about a 20-minute drive by car or tram, and other seaside districts, like Jelitkowo and Stogi, are equally easily accessible. This is an ideal place for those who value proximity to the center and relaxation by the water.
