​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This modern studio apartment with an area of 30m2 has been designed with maximum comfort and convenience in mind. The bright, spacious interior with large windows and access to a private balcony creates a pleasant, light-filled space perfect for relaxation. The apartment is intended for up to 3 adults.

• The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed with soft hotel-quality bedding and carefully selected accessories that emphasize the cozy character of the interior. Opposite is a TV with cable channels – perfect for a quiet evening after an intense day. An additional sleeping place is provided by a single pull-out sofa.
• An additional advantage of the apartment is a private balcony with seating – ideal for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation outdoors.
  
• The kitchenette is fully equipped and maintained in a modern, elegant style. Guests have at their disposal a hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and necessary kitchen utensils and accessories. A practical table with chairs is suitable for both shared meals and remote work.
• The stylish bathroom finished in elegant shades of marble offers a spacious shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, and washing machine, which is a great convenience for longer stays. Fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.

Another huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.

The Nadmotławie estate is a unique location on the bank of the New Motława, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk's Old Town and its greatest attractions, such as Long Market, Neptune Fountain, and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity, there is a marina, promenade, Baltic Philharmonic, and numerous restaurants and cafes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the World War II Museum or the European Solidarity Centre. The Brzeźno beach is approximately a 20-minute drive or tram ride away, and other seaside districts, such as Jelitkowo or Stogi, are equally easy to reach. It is an ideal place for those who appreciate proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
