The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Guests are also pleased with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 307 is an elegant apartment with an area of 59 m², combining modern design with high-quality finishes. It is a luxurious space created for those who value comfort, elegance, and unique views in the heart of the city. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults.
In the living room there is an elegant, brown leather sofa, which also serves as an additional sleeping place. It is placed by a large window that opens to a beautiful view of the Motława River and the city. In the background, colorful Gdańsk townhouses and a segment of the waterfront are visible. The living room also includes coffee tables and decorative details such as a modern painting and designer lighting. There is also a dining table.
The kitchenette connected to the living room is furnished minimally, with dark furniture and elegant accents. Here you will find modern appliances and a functional space for preparing meals.
The bedroom, separated by glass doors, is decorated in elegant shades of black, gray, and brick, with a geometric headboard that adds a luxurious character to the interior. The whole is illuminated by subtle, atmospheric lighting. In addition to a comfortable bed and elegant decor, there is also a functional wardrobe that perfectly fits the modern style of the apartment. Its design harmonizes with the rest of the interior – it is kept in a dark color scheme, which adds elegance and minimalism to the space.
The bathroom in the apartment is practical and modernly equipped. It features a comfortable shower with glass doors and a toilet with a sink. All elements are well arranged to ensure user comfort.
Deo Plaza 307 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles the old granaries in appearance. It is situated right above the Motława River, near Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi available for 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which, along with payment, must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority access given to Radisson Hotel guests.

Thanks to its location in the very center of the city, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere – however, please remember that typical downtown noises may occur at night.
