The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 307 is an elegant apartment with an area of 59 m², combining modern design with high-quality finishes. It is a luxurious space created for people who appreciate comfort, elegance, and unique views in the heart of the city. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults.
In the living room there is an elegant, leather sofa in brown shades, which also serves as an additional sleeping place. It is placed by a large window that opens to a beautiful view of the Motława river and the city. In the background, colorful buildings of Gdańsk and a section of the waterfront are visible. The living room also includes coffee tables and decorative details like a modern painting and designer lighting. There is also a dining table.
The kitchenette, connected to the living room, is decorated minimally, with dark furniture and elegant accessories. Here you will find modern appliances and a functional space for meal preparation.
The bedroom, separated by glass doors, is decorated in elegant shades of black, gray, and brick, with a geometric headboard that adds a luxurious character to the interior. The whole room is illuminated by subtle, atmospheric lighting. In addition to a comfortable bed and elegant decor, there is also a functional wardrobe that perfectly fits the modern style of the apartment. Its design harmonizes with the rest of the interior—kept in dark tones, which adds elegance and minimalism to the space.
The bathroom in the apartment is practical and modernly equipped. It includes a comfortable shower with glass doors and a toilet with a sink. All elements are well arranged, ensuring comfort of use.
The Deo Plaza 307 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right by the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.
Guests have access to the building's pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required and must be made along with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority given to Radisson Hotel guests.
If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. Renting a private parking space depends on availability. The entry height to the garage hall is 1.9m.
Thanks to the central location, our Guests can fully experience the city's atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.
Due to the renovation of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
