Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also greeted with a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 118 is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 26m2, the apartment meets the needs of every couple. Its standout feature is the outdoor space. The additional usable area of the apartment consists of a winter garden of 11m2 and a terrace of 17m2. The first room is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The second is an ideal place for lounging for the slightly older guests. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes everything easily accessible. The bedroom space includes a comfortable double bed and a TV with SMART functionality.
The apartment Nadmotławie 118 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes away from the Old Town on foot. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
