The Nadmotławie 118 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is at the beginning of its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and historic Old Town buildings.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows the entry of cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
