The apartment Nadmotławie 22 is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, but despite this, on the way to the Old Town, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses will constantly accompany us.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
