In the living room, we find a large, comfortable, fold-out sofa and a television. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and rain shower head, as well as a washing machine.

The Nadmotławie 22 apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a short walk away from the Old Town. The area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, but nonetheless, on the way to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the sight of the river, marine, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
