Grano Residence 106 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk’s Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 43 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and TV, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, connected with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage hall.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this zone is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are directly adjacent to the building.
Due to construction works near the building, noise may reach some apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
