Nadmotławie 126 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, at 28m2, it meets the needs of the most demanding. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a SMART TV, and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this small space, there is also a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. The preparation of meals is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a large balcony, from which you can see the famous docks of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River.

The Nadmotławie 126 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes on foot from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just starting its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars up to 2 meters high to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
