Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Deo Plaza 515B Apartment is a pleasant studio located in the very heart of the city. Its modern design will captivate you. It is an excellent combination of functionality, elegance, and comfort, creating a perfect environment for a wonderful rest with close ones. It is adapted for the stay of three adults or a family with two children.

At the center of this studio is a comfortable double bed, which ensures a cozy sleep after a day full of experiences. There is also a workplace, which adds functionality to this elegant space. For coffee lovers, there is also a coffee machine, which will enhance your morning moments. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a large shower. 

Deo Plaza 515B Apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café. 

Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the reception of the Radisson hotel. The pool is limited to 35 people, with priority given to Radisson Hotel Guests. 

If interested in renting a parking space at the cost of 100 PLN/day please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7 p.m. Renting a private parking space depends on availability. The garage entrance height is 1.9m.

Thanks to the location in the very center of the city, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Due to the reconstruction of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
