Nadmotławie 71 is a cozy studio that combines modern elegance with full functionality and is an ideal space for both a romantic getaway for two and a comfortable stay in the city center. Thanks to carefully selected details, warm colors, and modern finishes, the apartment promotes relaxation and comfort, and its space has been designed with maximum guest comfort in mind and is intended for up to three adults.

• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed and a small fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping or lounging spot during the day. Large windows with balcony access let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the space throughout the day.
  
  
• The kitchenette styled in a modern design combines matte black fronts with wooden elements and is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. Guests have at their disposal a hotplate, electric kettle, set of pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils, making the kitchen a practical and convenient place for cooking. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.
  
  
• The bathroom is decorated in light, minimalist tones using wood-like tiles that warm up the space and give it an elegant character. Guests have at their disposal a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and a washing machine facilitating longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been provided for guests.
  
  
• An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which is an excellent place for morning coffee or a moment of respite after a day full of experiences.

LOCATION

The Nadmotławie 71 apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning a period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town buildings.

IMPORTANT FACILITIES

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars up to 2 meters high. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
