• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed and a small fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping or relaxation spot during the day. Large windows with access to the balcony let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the space all day long.
  
  
• Kitchenette in a modern style combines matte black fronts with wooden elements and is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. Guests have at their disposal a hob, electric kettle, set of pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils, making the kitchen a practical and convenient place to cook. For the convenience of guests, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  
  
• Bathroom is decorated in light, minimalist tones with wood-look tiles that warm up the space and give it an elegant character. Guests have at their disposal a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine facilitating longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are provided for guests.
  
  
• An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which is an excellent place for morning coffee or a moment of rest after a day full of experiences.

LOCATION

The Nadmotławie 71 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes on foot away from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning a revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you'll constantly enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an extra charge.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
