The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are the standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 313 is a unique apartment on the bank of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and the panoramic view from the balcony of the Motława River impresses at first glance. You can enjoy watching the calm flow of the river at any time of the day. 

The central point of the apartment is the sofa bed. Here you will also find a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The bedroom features two large double beds. The bathroom is styled in a modern way, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It's perfect for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.

Deo Plaza 313 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated, resembling old granaries. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is a “food hall,” where restaurants with viewing terraces and the cafe “E.Wedel” are located. 

Guests have at their disposal in the building a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made along with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, and Radisson Hotel Guests have priority access. 

If interested in renting a parking space at the price of 100 PLN /day, please contact the phone number +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The garage entrance height is 1.9m.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown noises may occur at night.

Due to the repair of the bridge next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
