The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. The 52-square-meter air-conditioned apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 4 persons, who can enjoy a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A special space is the intimate balcony from which there is an amazing view of the marina.

Guests at the Hotel Grano (located within the same development) have access to the SPA & Wellness area consisting of a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and SPA zone. The entrance fee to the SPA area is 100 PLN for adults, 50 PLN for children aged 4-12, and free for children under 4 years. The Wellness area is charged according to the price list.

The apartment also includes a ground parking space.

The apartment is located in the seaside part of Gdansk, right on the shore of the Martwa Wisła river mouth to the Baltic Sea and just 500 meters from Sobieszewo Island. This is a unique area with as many as two nature reserves - Ptasi Raj and Mewia Łacha, and the status of an ecological island guarantees the preservation of nature in its natural state. The Sol Marina apartment building is excellently connected with the main tourist directions. It is only 14 kilometers from the center of Gdansk.
