Tarasy Bałtyku 68 is a timelessly beautiful apartment that meets the demands of the most discerning. The layout of the apartment has allowed it to be perfectly divided into two parts — bedroom and living area. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The living area is connected to a kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for both short and longer stays. An additional sleeping place is provided by a non-folding sofa in the living room. The 46-square-meter apartment is therefore intended for a maximum of 3 people. However, full comfort will be felt especially by a couple who can fully enjoy the above-standard interior design of the apartment.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage hall.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern, prestigious apartment building Tarasy Bałtyku, situated a short distance from the sea. It takes only a 10-minute walk to reach the beautiful, sandy Gdańsk beach. The immediate vicinity of the building is President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for bike trips and long walks. Nearby, there are all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery, and within the building is the Whiskey On The Rocks restaurant — a legendary place on Gdańsk's map serving American cuisine and more.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area — consisting of a club room with billiards, a gym, and an attractive relaxation zone. The latter consists of a sauna and a brine graduation tower. Use of this zone is included in the apartment price.
