ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A modern 40m² studio apartment located in the prestigious Towarowa Towers development at Prosta Street 69 in Warsaw, it is a comfortable and functional space designed with attention to detail. The interior is kept in an elegant, subdued colour palette with striking accents that give it a unique, designer character.

• The main living area is furnished with a comfortable, sofa bed that serves as a place to relax during the day and a comfortable place to sleep at night. Carefully chosen textiles, modern lighting and stylish accessories create a cosy yet contemporary atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
• An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony – the ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee.
• Kitchenette is fully equipped and designed with guests' daily convenience in mind. Available are an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and necessary kitchen accessories enabling the preparation of both a quick breakfast and a full meal. Modern cabinet fronts and a consistent colour scheme fit perfectly with the apartment's style. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.
• Sleeping area is a peaceful and cosy space conducive to rest. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and ambient lighting. An additional feature of the bedroom is the direct access to the balcony, providing a sense of space and comfort.
• Bathroom is arranged in an elegant, minimalist style using light marble tiles. The equipment includes a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine, ensuring full comfort even during longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and basic amenities.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in a rapidly developing part of Warsaw's Wola, in the immediate vicinity of Rondo Daszyńskiego. Excellent public transport – metro, trams and buses – provides quick access to the city centre and other key points in Warsaw. Nearby are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and modern office spaces, as well as popular places such as Browary Warszawskie and the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising.

The building features an outdoor terrace, a lounge area, a small meeting room and a fitness club. Additionally, it is possible to use a larger fitness room and a larger conference room for 12 people, located in Building D, Tower B. Use of all these spaces is included in the price.
