ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A modern 40m² studio apartment located in the prestigious Towarowa Towers investment at 69 Prosta Street in Warsaw, it is a comfortable and functional space designed with attention to detail. The interior is maintained in an elegant, subdued color scheme with striking accents that give it a unique, designer character.

• The main living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, serving as a place to relax during the day and a comfortable sleeping area at night. Carefully selected textiles, modern lighting, and stylish accessories create a cozy yet modern atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
• An additional advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony – the perfect spot for a morning coffee.
• Kitchenette is fully equipped and designed with the guests' daily convenience in mind. Available are a oven, induction hob, dishwasher, as well as necessary kitchen accessories that allow preparing both a quick breakfast and a full meal. Modern furniture fronts and a consistent color scheme perfectly fit the apartment's style. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• Sleeping area is a calm and cozy space conducive to rest. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and atmospheric lighting. An additional advantage of the bedroom is the direct exit to the balcony, which provides a sense of space and comfort.
• Bathroom is furnished in an elegant, minimalist style using light marble tiles. It includes a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and washing machine, ensuring full comfort also during longer stays. Guests are provided with hotel towels and basic amenities.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in a dynamically developing part of Warsaw's Wola district, in the immediate vicinity of Daszyński Roundabout. Excellent public transport – metro, trams, and buses – provides quick access to the city center and other key points in Warsaw. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, modern office spaces, as well as popular places such as Warsaw Breweries and the Warsaw Uprising Museum.

The building includes an outdoor terrace, lounge area, small meeting room, and fitness club. Additionally, there is the possibility to use a larger fitness room and a larger conference room for 12 people, located in Building D, in Tower B. Access to all these spaces is included in the price.
