The Downtown Apartments are a perfect blend of top hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also made more enjoyable with a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 405C is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque scenery. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere as well as for solo travelers who appreciate convenience and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

At the center of this studio is a comfortable double bed that ensures a restful sleep after a day full of experiences. Next to the bed is a bedside table with a lamp, allowing relaxation with a good book before falling asleep. The dining area is also located here. For coffee lovers, there is a coffee machine available to brighten up the morning moments. The bathroom is decorated in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

The Deo Plaza 405C apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café are located.

Guests have access to the building's swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation and payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority entry given to Radisson Hotel Guests.

If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN /day, please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The availability of a private parking space depends on the availability. The height limit for entering the parking garage is 1.9m.

Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please be aware that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Please note that the credit/debit card provided during reservation is also blocked for a refundable deposit of 500 PLN.
