This 29-square-meter apartment is perfect as a base for a couple who values comfort and a pleasant, well-organized space conducive to relaxation.
The comfortable studio offers a cozy double bed placed opposite a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function, creating an ideal spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and a view of the surroundings.
The private balcony with a set of chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air or relax in the evening during sunset.
The kitchenette is fully equipped — guests have at their disposal a hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. It is the perfect place to prepare meals in comfortable conditions. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.
Right next to the kitchen area there is a comfortable table with chairs which works great for shared meals or working on a laptop.

The Nadmotławie estate is a unique location on the bank of the New Motława River, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk's Old Town and its main attractions such as Long Market, Neptune Fountain and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity there is a marina, promenade, Baltic Philharmonic and numerous restaurants and cafes. You can walk to the World War II Museum or the European Solidarity Centre in about 15 minutes. The beach in Brzeźno is around a 20-minute drive by car or tram, and other seaside districts like Jelitkowo and Stogi are equally accessible. This is an ideal place for those who appreciate proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
