The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, the mandatory cosmetic set includes shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Deo Plaza 405A is a unique apartment on the shore of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque scenery. Large windows brighten the room, and the panoramic view from the balcony of the Motława River delights at first glance. At any time of the day, you can enjoy watching the calm flow of the river. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for solo travelers who appreciate comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

The central point of the apartment is the fold-out sofa. Here you will also find a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The sleeping area contains a large double bed. The bathroom is modern in style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

One undeniable asset of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It is perfect for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.

Apartment Deo Plaza 405A is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles the old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and the Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafés. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” which houses restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.

Available to guests in the building are a pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a capacity limit of 35 people, with priority access for Radisson Hotel Guests.

Thanks to the central city location, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please keep in mind that at night typical downtown sounds may occur.

Due to the bridge renovation next to the building, noise may reach the apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
