At Downtown Apartments, we know perfectly well what it means to combine the best location with comfortable rest. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria A207, located on the historic Granary Island – in the very heart of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

We invite you to a unique studio apartment that combines classic elegance with modern design. It is a space created with comfort and aesthetics in mind, perfect for a romantic stay, a relaxing weekend, or an exceptional business trip.

The interior impresses with a harmonious blend of styles – decorative stuccoes on the ceiling contrast with minimalist, modern furniture and a subdued color palette.

• The central point of the apartment is a large, round double bed with soft bedding and textiles with a pleasant texture. Complementing it are designer armchairs and subtle lighting that create a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Large windows with wooden blinds let in natural light, highlighting the elegance and spaciousness of the interior.

• A unique feature of the apartment is a freestanding bathtub with jacuzzi function, located in the relaxation area – perfect for unwinding while watching movies on the Smart TV with Netflix access. This is a private spa zone where you can fully relax.

• Guests have at their disposal a stylish kitchenette with elegant marble finishes. It includes a hot plate, coffee machine, wine fridge, and full equipment needed to prepare meals. For guests’ convenience, there is a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices.

  The apartment also offers a mini bar with selected snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• The stylish bathroom features dark marble, natural stone, and subtle lighting. It includes a large walk-in shower with black fittings and elegant glass walls, as well as a designer washbasin. The whole creates a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation and regeneration after a long day. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, and soap — are provided for guests.

• An additional advantage of the apartment is a pleasant balcony accessible from the living room — an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink. ​

IMPORTANT FACILITIES

A paid underground parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" operates in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability solely dependent on the parking operator.

​​Next door to the building there is a pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Advance reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception desk Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.​

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment’s location is unique. Exiting the building leads to pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot, SASSY club.
