Nadmotławie 67 is an ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 28m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and its layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 180 cm wide faces a large SMART TV. This small space also includes a table that comfortably accommodates morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 67 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, on the way to the Old Town you are constantly accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entrance for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry to cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
