The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome kit in the form of a pack of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances the stay for our Guests.

Nadmotławie 67 is the ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. The apartment, despite its small size of 28m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 180 cm wide is directly opposite a large TV with SMART function. In this small space, there is room for a table that will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast or any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, with everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 67 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town on the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
