Nadmotławie 119 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or a family of 2+2. Despite its small size, the apartment is 30m2 and meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), a SMART TV next to it, and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this well-planned space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which comfortably provides for breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is a large balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.

Apartment Nadmotławie 119 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area – consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces is limited, and availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
