ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Granaria B601 was designed with the comfort and convenience of 6 people in mind, making it ideal both for family holidays and stays with friends. 

• On the first level there is a cozy living room with a large roof window that provides natural light and views of the surroundings. Here you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa which can serve as an additional sleeping place for two people.
  
  
• In the same space there is a modern kitchenette – fully equipped with essential appliances (hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishes) which allows comfortable meal preparation. Guests also have at their disposal a round dining table, perfect for shared meals or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.
  
  
• From the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two separate bedrooms. Each is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed that ensures peaceful and restorative sleep. The bedrooms have hotel open wardrobes.
  
  
• The apartment has two bathrooms – one on the ground floor, the other upstairs. Both are modern, tidy, and equipped with showers, which definitely increases the comfort of the stay, especially for larger groups of guests. On site you will find hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with parking space availability solely dependent on the parking operator.

Next door building features a swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone and massage as well as jacuzzi costing 150 PLN/1.5 h. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the reception of Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment’s location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenements and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the adjacent building, there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store and a popular evening meeting spot, the club SASSY.
