The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated just next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is just a few minutes walk away. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. There is a pleasant, green terrace on the property.
