Welcome to the house on the water, located in an extraordinary location – directly on the Motława River. It is the perfect place for those who value privacy, comfort, and closeness to nature, yet want to be close to the heart of Gdańsk.
Staying in such a place is not just accommodation – it is a unique experience that combines the calm of a water harbor with modern comfort and an unparalleled view right outside the window. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa. The bright interior color scheme and large windows make the space full of natural light. There is also a Smart TV, which allows relaxation while watching favorite movies or series after a day full of impressions.
The biggest asset of this place is the direct view of the Motława River and moored yachts, which can be admired through the full width of the panoramic balcony doors.
On the roof of the house there is a spacious terrace with a view of the marina, Motława River, and the surrounding panorama.
This is the perfect place for morning coffee, evening relaxation with a glass of wine, or sunbathing during the day. Clean air, the sound of water, and the gentle rocking of the house allow you to truly relax and forget about everyday life.
In the heart of the house is a functional kitchenette, which combines aesthetics with convenience. Light cabinet fronts, modern equipment, and minimalist design make cooking even simple meals a pleasure.
Guests have at their disposal a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, as well as a full set of dishes and cutlery – everything needed to feel at home. Right next to it is a round, wooden table with four chairs, where meals can be enjoyed with a view of the calm surface of the Motława River. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.
In a separate, cozy bedroom there is a double bed with a high-quality mattress and hotel bedding.
The glazed wall with a view of the water ensures that every morning begins peacefully and exceptionally – waking up, you can watch the gently rocking surface of the river and the surrounding nature without leaving the bed.
The bedroom interior is maintained in calm, relaxing colors.
Bathroom in the house combines modernity and subtle luxury. An elegant glass sink on a black countertop catches the eye, complemented by a large mirror with soft lighting, adding lightness and elegance to the space.
Guests have at their disposal a spacious shower with a rain shower head, providing pleasant moments of relaxation. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.

Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina on the Motława River — right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite its proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, the location is quiet and peaceful. In the area, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. Nearby streets enchant with historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
