ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Welcome to the house on the water, located in an extraordinary location – directly on the Motława River. It is the perfect place for those who value privacy, comfort, and closeness to nature, while still wanting to be near the heart of Gdańsk.

A stay in such a place is not just accommodation – it is a unique experience that combines the peace of a water harbor with modern comfort and an exceptional view right outside the window. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

• In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa. The bright interior color scheme and large windows make the space full of natural light. There is also a Smart TV to relax with favorite movies or series after a day full of excitement.
  The biggest asset of this place is the direct view of the Motława and moored yachts, visible through the full width of the panoramic balcony doors.

• On the roof of the house, there is a spacious terrace offering a view of the marina, Motława, and the surrounding panorama.
  It's an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening relaxation with a glass of wine, or sunbathing during the day. Fresh air, the sound of water, and the gentle rocking of the house make it a perfect place to unwind and forget about everyday life.

• At the heart of the house is a functional kitchenette that combines aesthetics with convenience. Light cabinet fronts, modern equipment, and minimalist design make even simple meal preparation a pleasure.
  Guests have at their disposal a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, and a complete set of dishes and cutlery – everything needed to feel at home. Next to it is a round wooden table with four chairs where meals can be enjoyed with a view of the calm surface of the Motława. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• In a separate, cozy bedroom, there is a double bed with a high-quality mattress and hotel bedding.
  The glass wall with a view of the water makes every morning peaceful and special – waking up, you can observe the gently rocking surface of the river and the surrounding nature without leaving the bed.
  The bedroom interior is maintained in calm, relaxing colors.

• The bathroom in the house is a combination of modernity and subtle luxury. An elegant glass sink placed on a black countertop draws attention, complemented by a large mirror with delicate lighting that gives the space lightness and elegance.
  Guests have at their disposal a spacious rain shower offering pleasant moments of relaxation. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

LOCATION

Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina on the Motława River — right next to the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Although close to the major attractions of Gdańsk’s Old Town, the location is quiet and peaceful. The area offers various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and also walking paths. The nearby streets are charming with historic buildings and monuments. An excellent location that will satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
