The apartment is located in a modern building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby on Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service points. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. One of the significant advantages of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and an additionally paid sauna.
