Despite its small size, the apartment, measuring 29m2, meets the needs of the most demanding. It is stylishly furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV and a small, fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Preparing meals is possible thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. An additional space is the balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 117 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we are constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of garage spaces is limited, and their availability is unfortunately uncontrolled. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
