The living room is adjacent to a modern kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in good company. The bedroom is decorated in a charming style, with the central place occupied by a comfortable double bed. A large wardrobe provides ample space for storing clothes and personal belongings, ensuring order throughout the room. The bathroom delights with modern design and functionality. A comfortable bathtub is the perfect place for a relaxing bath after a day full of experiences.
The terrace is the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxing reading, or evening meetings at sunset.
The Nadmotławie C3 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, nevertheless on the way to the Old Town, we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with aunderground garage, which allows entry for cars with amaximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
We inform you that on the card provided in the reservation, we also block a deposit/refundable security deposit amounting to 500zł.
