The Nadmotławie C3 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town offers continuous views of the river, the yacht marina, and the historic tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars up to a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars with LPG installations. The number of spots in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately beyond control. The rental cost for a garage spot is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
