Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie Estate 254 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designed for a maximum of 6 adults.
In the living room, we find a pull-out sofa and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a meal. The apartment features two separate bedrooms. Each of them contains a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
An ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink is the pleasant terrace.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby, on the island of Ołowianka. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Along the way to the Old Town, we can find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — comprising a free gym, playroom for children, and an additionally paid sauna.
Renovation and construction work is underway in the property and its vicinity, due to which some rooms may experience noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
