It is fully equipped, allowing for the comfortable preparation of any meal. Additional space is provided by a balcony.

Nadmotławie A48 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment's neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, but even so, the route to the Old Town will always be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Using this area is included in the apartment price.
