ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This exceptional studio apartment with an area of 34m2 impresses with its bold design, luxurious finish, and artistic details creating a unique atmosphere. It is intended for up to 2 people who appreciate elegance, comfort, and interiors with character. An additional advantage is the river view, which can be admired directly from the apartment window.

• A comfortable double bed with a high upholstered headboard is the central point of the living area. The space is complemented by a designer dressing table with modern lighting, comfortable armchairs, and decorative elements inspired by exotic motifs. Guests also have a TV, ideal for evening relaxation. High-quality fabrics, wall graphics, and ceiling stuccoes create the apartment's unique atmosphere. 
  A spacious built-in wardrobe in vibrant red stores all essentials for both short and long stays, and additional mirrors and golden handles emphasize the apartment's luxurious character.

• The kitchenette is a real highlight of the apartment – designed with flair and attention to every detail. The furniture fronts are finished in a glossy, mirror-like material that visually enlarges the space and adds elegance. The kitchen is equipped with a oven, induction hob, dishwasher and necessary accessories – perfectly combining functionality with refined style. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  Right next to it is a stylish table with chairs, providing a comfortable place for meals or morning coffee.

• The apartment features a mini bar offering sweet and savory snacks as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• From the living room, there is an exit to the balcony with an impressive view of the river. An ideal place for a sip of morning coffee. 

• The impressive bathroom with a walk-in shower is finished with marble, floral tiles, and gold-toned details. An elegant chandelier and a contrasting red ceiling give the space a unique character and theatrical charm.
  Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap.​

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, although the availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator.

In the neighboring building, there is a pool, sauna, SPA zone, and massage as well as a jacuzzi charged 150 PLN/1.5 h. Advance reservation is required and must be made with payment at the reception of Prana SPA in the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is one of a kind. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you'll find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot, club SASSY.
