It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenements. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building —consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
