Despite its modest size, the 28m2 apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. Additional usable space includes a winter garden of 9m2 and a terrace that is one meter smaller. The first room is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The second is a play area for the little ones and an ideal place for lounging for the older children. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and its layout makes everything in its place. There is a comfortable double bed, opposite which is a SMART TV and a sofa bed.

The Nadmotławie 114 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
