Baltic Terraces 55 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend or a longer stay for a family or group of friends of up to 5 people. The apartment covers an area of 47 square meters, is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. The bright bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room is combined with a kitchenette and a dining area. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Extra space is provided by a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the garage hall.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern, prestigious Baltic Terraces apartment building, situated a short distance from the sea; it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Gdańsk. The immediate vicinity of the building is the President Ronald Reagan Park, an ideal place for cycling trips and long walks. Nearby are all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery, and within the building itself is the Whiskey On The Rocks restaurant — an iconic place on Gdańsk's map serving American cuisine and more.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area — consisting of a club room with billiards, gym, and an attractive relaxation area. The latter consists of a sauna and a brine graduation tower. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
