The Downtown Apartments are an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. The apartment has an area of 47 square meters, is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. Living room combined with a kitchenette and dining area. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower. An additional space consists of a balcony.

The apartment also has a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the modern, prestigious Tarasy Bałtyku apartment building situated at a short distance from the sea, it takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the beautiful sandy Gdańsk beach. The immediate vicinity of the building includes President Ronald Reagan Park, which is the perfect place for bike rides and long walks. Right next door are all kinds of shops and the Przymorze Shopping Gallery, and in the same building is located the Whiskey On The Rocks restaurant — an iconic place on the Gdańsk map serving American cuisine and more.

A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a club room with billiards, gym, and attractive relaxation area. The latter consists of a sauna and brine graduation tower. Access to the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
