It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization, you will be accompanied all the way to the Old Town by views of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town buildings.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
