Nadmotławie 10 is the right choice for a pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. The apartment, despite its small size of 32m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. The bright bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An extra space is provided by a garden.
The Nadmotławie 10 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, we will be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town all the way to the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a sauna, gym, and children's playroom. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The apartment comes with one parking space in the underground garage. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
