Nadmotławie 140 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for couples or a family of 2+1. Although the apartment is modest in size at 30m2, it meets the demands of the most discerning. It is comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV, and a convertible sofa opposite. In this well-planned space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a fairly large balcony, offering views of the old town and the Motława River.

The Nadmotławie 140 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and old town tenement houses.

An enormous advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage allowing cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
