The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Nadmotławie Estate 197 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designed for a maximum of 6 adult guests.
In the living room, you will find a fold-out sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a meal. The apartment features two separate bedrooms. Each has a large double bed. There is, of course, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washer and dryer.
The two pleasant balconies offer an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, with a perfect view of the Motława River.
The apartment includes a parking space.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on the island of Ołowianka. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
