The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a TV opposite it. Next to it, a small kitchenette allowing meal preparation. In this small space, there is also a workspace consisting of a desk with a chair. A separate room is the bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.
The Nadmotławie C8A apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and historic tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
