Apartment Nadmotławie C8A is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, however on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
