It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed faces a television. Next to it is a small kitchenette that allows meal preparation. In this small space, there is a workspace with a desk and a chair. A separate room is the bathroom equipped with a shower cabin. 

The Nadmotławie C8A apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away from the apartment. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, we will be continuously accompanied by the view of the river, the marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town on the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
