You can admire the panorama of Gdansk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Along the way, there are various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
