The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards with the functionality of a private residence. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Chmielna Grande is an ideal apartment for a family or a group of friends. It can accommodate up to six people in 80m2. However, the full comfort of the apartment is best enjoyed by two couples or a family of four who can enjoy separate bedrooms and a shared living room combined with a kitchenette. Both bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable beds. The sizable 40-square-meter living room makes afternoons spent in the apartment truly enjoyable. Two toilets add to the comfort. The well-equipped kitchen, sized in proportion to the rest of the apartment, is a pleasant place to cook a family meal.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was opened a few years ago. It is situated on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes are located on the ground floor of the building. The immediate surroundings are modern apartment buildings attractive to the eye. Access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are additional advantages of the location.
